Drawing on his background in construction, hospitality, and business operations, Juan Carlos later founded Fetes & Events, an event and property management company that has developed, launched, and operated some of South Florida's most distinguished wedding and event venues. Over the past two decades, the company has successfully managed more than four luxury venues, producing thousands of weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations.

Among his most recognized accomplishments is The Club of Knights, one of South Florida's premier wedding venues. Under his leadership, the historic property was transformed into a luxury event destination that has become an industry leader, hosting hundreds of weddings and special events each year while earning a reputation for exceptional service, operational excellence, and unforgettable guest experiences.

Today, Juan Carlos brings more than 30 years of entrepreneurial experience to Chiefly, where he helps shape the company's vision and operational philosophy. Daniella Alvarez is an entrepreneur, operations strategist, and client experience leader who loves building systems that help businesses run smarter and grow with confidence. As the Co-Founder of Chiefly, she brings together years of hands-on operational leadership with a genuine understanding of the challenges business owners face when trying to scale without sacrificing quality.

Before starting Chiefly, Daniella spent years leading operations, sales, and client experience for luxury hospitality and event companies across South Florida. She helped grow and manage several premier wedding and event venues, overseeing everything from business development and marketing to team leadership, technology implementation, client relationships, and daily operations. Her focus on creating exceptional client experiences and efficient internal systems played a key role in building businesses that earned lasting trust and strong reputations.

Over the years, Daniella has built scalable processes, streamlined workflows, and implemented technology that allows teams to work more efficiently while still delivering highly personalized service. She has led complex projects, negotiated major contracts, and managed teams responsible for producing hundreds of luxury events each year.

Recognizing early on how artificial intelligence would reshape the way businesses operate, Daniella saw an opportunity to redefine what executive support could look like. That vision became Chiefly. I'm a bilingual operations and executive support professional with hands-on experience managing the full scope of a high-end business. At The Club of Knights, a luxury wedding and private events venue in Coral Gables, FL, I supported the Founder directly, handling everything from staffing to vendor coordination, inventory, HR onboarding, and building operational systems from the ground up.

That experience taught me what it really takes to be an effective EA: anticipate needs, communicate clearly, and show up consistently, no matter what.
